Originally from Indiana, Maunya studied Political Science and Sociology at Purdue University Northwest. She later lived in Austin, Texas for 11 years, where she managed sales and customer service teams, before relocating to Athens, Alabama 4 years ago to be closer to family. Her professional background and education shape her analytical, people first approach to real estate and client relationships.

With several years of experience in new home construction and new home sales, Maunya specializes in guiding clients through the new construction process from selecting floor plans and understanding build timelines to navigating contracts and warranties. Outside of real estate, Maunya enjoys life with her dog, Blueberry, whom she fostered during COVID and ultimately adopted. She values staying active, spontaneous adventures, great food, live music, and equally appreciates slow, lazy days at home.
