Sahara is simply a breath of fresh air. Customer service has really taken a downward slide since the market exploded and Realtors® just aren't putting in the work. But Sahara was outstanding from the first phone call. I called her from her contact info on a for-sale sign and didn't know her at all. She was so nice and asked all the right questions and stayed on the phone with me almost half an hour from the initial call. From that point on she worked without the slightest negativity, with great professionalism, with care, and kindness. IF she didn't respond back in under an hour she was apologetic~ Blew my mind. She is top-notch and knows how to not only buy and sell a home, but she was on top of all the details to help me out. Not any financial gain for her, but simply making sure I was taken care of. I highly, highly, highly recommend her.

If we could give Jenny 10 stars, we would! She was super helpful in finding and negotiating a sale and purchase of our homes simultaneously. Even at odd hours, Jenny would be available or let us know that she would answer first thing the next day. When there was a question we had that she needed assistance on, she would ask her real estate team (also WONDERFUL). She was great with the fast moving process and still checked on us after we moved. She has great customer service skills, communication, and a passion for her job and seeing her clients get the best deal for them.

Before we met Shyntia, my partner and I were a little overwhelmed by the housing process. We weren't sure how we were going to start until we met Shyntia at a coffee shop and she broke down the process of buying a new home. She was such a wealth of knowledge when it came to what to look for in choosing a home and how to negotiate. Bri was amazing from the beginning after leaving messages at several different new sales offices, Bri was the only one who returned my call quickly. At first we thought we were going to rent and not buy, Bri gave us information on the pro's and con's of both renting and buying without any pushy sales pitch, then gave us time to digest. She provided a property management company should we decide on renting. Once we decided to go with her thoughtful guidance and buy, she was available to work around my husbands work schedule and using face time for me. Christina Tidwell was our realtor for our home purchase last fall. She is fantastic and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy. I loved that she greeted me with a folder full of house specs so I was able. to think about each house before and after seeing it. She is efficient. As an out of town buyer I had 2 days to find a house. Even with seeing 15 houses in those 2 days, I never felt rushed. She was thorough in showing all the houses and answering all my questions. She went above and beyond, showing my husband (who in CA) the entire house via video. The entire transaction was completed while we were in CA, but I never worried about a thing.
