Downtown Huntsville Food Truck Rallies Return for 2025

Downtown Huntsville’s Food Truck Rallies are back this year, bringing some of the best flavors and community fun to Big Spring Park. Mark your calendars for these dates: May 16, June 20, July 25, August 15, September 19, and October 17. Each rally runs from 5–9 p.m. and offers the perfect way to spend an evening in the heart of the city.

This year, the rallies will feature a wide variety of food trucks—some longtime favorites and some new faces—so there’s always something different to try. The menus change with monthly themes, giving guests a chance to sample unique dishes and seasonal specials. Whether you’re in the mood for savory street food or something sweet, you’ll find plenty to enjoy.

A special highlight to look forward to is the July 25th collaboration with Parks and Recreation: Light Up the Night. This family-friendly evening will include live music, dancing, and a glow party atmosphere that promises fun for all ages.
